25.01.2022 Next in our look through Deepdene history is the branding similar to that which you all would have seen in recent years, the transition to the use of a Bear logo. This change arrived after our merger with North Kew Bears Cricket Club to form the Deepdene Bears Cricket Club, one of the most important moments in Deepdene CC History. The Bear itself has taken a variety of forms since the merger of Deepdene and North Kew, as can be shown in the photos, including the classic Ang...ry Bear on our Baggy Greens and the current DBCC Logo. Stay tuned tomorrow as we reveal the new Centenary Season Logo to be displayed on our kits and other merchandise this season! #Deepdene #Bears #DBCC #History

21.01.2022 Bears, As you all know, the 2020/21 Season will be our Centenary year, with more information to follow on a new 100th Year Logo, kit, and more to celebrate 100 years of Deepdene Cricket Club. Over the next week, we will be uploading some of the Logos the Deepdene Cricket Club has had over these 100 years in the lead up to the release of the Centenary logo, starting off today with the D.C.C. Baggy Green. Thanks in particular to Raz Hudson and the Molloy’s for getting this ...information together for us. This embroidery is the original used when the club changed from Deepdene District Cricket Club (D.D.C.C) to the Deepdene Cricket Club, and was used for several years alongside a shield on the playing shirts before a change in the early 90’s to an official Logo and Baggy embroidery, which will be the next in the series so stay tuned for that soon!
