As you know we moved from Dubbo NSW about 2 months ago for our new adventure! We operated remedial massage therapy in Gold Coast 3 years and in Dubbo NSW for 8 years successfully and now we are restart here in the Bay. Very existing! Really beautiful and blessed paradise here isn't it!! As it's hard time for Covid-19 pandemic situation and we are a bit down for it but stress and anxiety impact our nerve & brain system for Myofacial Pain, Headaches and muscle stiffness specially for some people who are busier then usual. Crystal jelly on the beach everywhere - we don't know what those are - and cool breeze is so mild and peaceful! Every single people on the load are all smiling and happy just like normal sunny days.... Moon & I had wonderful morning with coffee and toasts and walking on Esplanade! Let's walk and feel breezy air and say hello with lovely peoples that's what we would keep for our blessed life! Keep healthy when we are healthy. Keep moving even if we have a pain. We hate arthritis but thanks to feel pain that means our bodies are still working!
