09.01.2022 Spring is happening! It IS one of the best times of the year. The special thing I like about Spring is the appearance of blossoms on the trees, they remind us that something special can sprout and grow from wood that previously seemed to be dead. It is also a reminder that we are surrounded by cycles that keep recurring reliably over and again. Humans adapt to the cycles around them, sometimes quite well and sometimes slowly. One of the secrets to altering behaviour successfully is recognising THAT POINT where you are ready to LET GO of an old habit so that you can make way for a NEW and more satisfying behaviour. If you feel that point is close then you can prepare for the change by pruning away the things that may interfere with your change. Then you can be ready to make the change when that point arrives...
