25.01.2022 Young innovators! Start early, you will get there quicker..... don't wait for school to catch up with the tech. Good job Hudson!

25.01.2022 **GIVEAWAY TIME**. Yep, that's right I am thrilled to have 2 copies of @heidimerika new WILDCRAFT book to giveaway. This book has been an immense project for me... over the last few years and I am super proud of my contribution and I’ve fallen in love with so many weeds as a result. The books will be signed by Heidi and me, and you have the chance to win one for yourself and one for a friend. Here's how to enter (Aussie-based folk only for this contest please): 1. Follow both myself and @heidimerika on Instagram. 2. Tag a plant-loving, foraging, nature-loved-up friend in a comment on this post in Instagram. **If you're on Facey, jump over to Instagram to enter. 3. Enter as many times as you like. 4. Cross your fingers and ask the plant gods to look on you fondly. 5. Tune in this Sunday evening when I draw the winner at random. Yep, people, that's only 3ish days to get tagging. so, get your fingers tapping. xx See more

17.01.2022 Tech has become so sophisticated. I always wanted to take my sister to eat chicken with a pair of these! :)

15.01.2022 Before you start #prototyping. do you have a business plan for your #invention? Unless your product is unique (i.e. patentable of stylishly different) it could be a risky move to manufacture and sell the product without certain provisions in place. On the flip side, if you already have a market that you have traction with selling other products (i.e. reputation), or a wholesaler/manufacturer that wants your product in their line (i.e. existing demand), then your chances of ...success are significantly higher. The reason this is important is that these two scenarios carry different risks and rewards, but also different approaches from a design strategy (and cost) point of view. So, before you commit to spending any money, I strongly recommend that you work through these options to ensure you make the right decisions from the start. The risk difference could be between investing a few thousand dollars or investing tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.. #inventright #prototype #industriadesign #openinnovation #designstrategy

07.01.2022 The cup holders in my Nissan Patrol aren't big enough for TWO large take away coffees. So I extended it using some Polymaker filament and added a need storage space too! Download and print one yourself if you also have a Patrol, and a 3dPrinter ! https://lnkd.in/g9viC6Q

05.01.2022 If you think you "got it right" first time round, you're probably going to run into problems down the track. There is always something to learn and improve with every prototype iteration. 10 or more variations is pretty normal before you actually "get it right"!

02.01.2022 These prosthetic sockets are going to change lives
