24.01.2022 Bloodline and Hunted are now available for takeaway and we still have free delivery to Tenterfield, Deepwater, Glen Innes, Inverell, Guyra, Armidale "Bloodline" India Red Lager 5.8% abv. Packed full of flavour, Centennial & Mosaic hops combine with a solid malt body to create this flavoursome unique Lager. "Hunted" Maibock 6.7% abv. (Limited Release) A big malty, robust and bitter double Lager. Brewed traditionally as a Spring celebratory beer by the Germans. Our new world take on this style makes it a perfect winter/isolation warmer.

08.01.2022 "Well, after setting up a brewery based on 100 percent rainwater at the beginning of the worst drought in living memory [they launched in August 2017] we then h...ad fires go through the area from August to December 2019 and affect our air/water, but it all looked to be improving after good rainfall at Christmas and continuing into the new year... "Then the pandemic! Makes me wonder whats around the corner? "Our cellar door was shut for two months, all future events cancelled and our wholesale business pretty much disappeared." * * * Isaac Zietek is the owner of the family-run Deepwater Brewing in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, although you may have encountered him at venues including Archive Beer Boutique or The Park in Werribee at different times over the past decade. Theyd been making a name for their beers, particularly around Brisbane, before COVID-19 became their latest challenge. We got in touch to see how hes been #keepinglocalalive. * * * -? It forced us to diversify; I didnt like packaging beer but when all our keg customers had to close it forced us to go down this path with greater intent. It worked quite well and kept us very busy during the lockdown. We are now selling a fair bit of bottled stock of which was a very minimal part of our business pre-COVID. ? Well, owning a brewery helped everything ... except for my liver :) And previously not having much spare time, I used it to spend quiet time with the family and got odd jobs completed that have been lingering for years. Keeping busy in some way is important I also read a lot. ?
