18.01.2022 Simple victoria sponge with vanilla butter cream and a Chicolate drizzle. Kitkats for the decorations. Very interesting working with butter cream in this heat. But we pulled it off.

14.01.2022 Had the massive honour of being apart of a wonderful couples wedding today. Will post pics as soon as I can. Love doing wedding cakes.

11.01.2022 We had the honour of making this wedding cake for yesterday's Self wedding. Bottom is chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream covered in milk choc gnash, the second tier is carrot cake with a cream cheese filling and covered in white choc gnash, the top tier is vanilla sponge with jam and butter cream also covered in a milk choc gnash. The flowers are all hand made out of flower paste. There is also a photo of the bouquet to show the connection with the flowers.
