03.01.2022 For those of you interested in dreadlocks or looking for a loctitian to maintain your existing dreadlocks, I thought I’d post some pics (should have taken before shots, D’oh!) of what 11 month old crochet dreads in straight, fine blonde hair look like and so you can see what sort of work I do. And yes, these are my dreads on my head and my own work Before I started, many of the underneath ones had matted together and there was considerable fluff around the hairline where new growth had come through. All in all, a bit shaggy, lol. I do maintenance on my own dreads every 3 months and this includes separating dreads that have matted together, crochet to tighten roots and crochet in loose hair and work on smoothing out loops. This took me 3 hours to complete.
