20.01.2022 So I have moved out of this vantage point. This shows a lot of progress since my last post. Keen to see how things go from here on.

19.01.2022 Still a big hole with lots of stuff happening.

18.01.2022 It's all happening - another update about Oaks Avenue/Pittwater Road. Night works are currently scheduled from Mon 25/7 to Friday 29/7. The works involve excava...ting a trench and installing new drainage pits in Pittwater Road. These works were previously planned and delayed due to the contractor having to meet additional Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) requirements. Other night works are planned for Mon 1/8 to Friday 5/8. These works involve excavation and the placement of box culverts along Pittwater Road to Oaks Avenue. The noise created will be minimised where possible. The site contact for the night works (8pm-5am) is Shane on 0409 044 864. Other Works Some excavation works on the corner of Pittwater Road and Oaks Avenue will be carried out during the day. These works will be timed to avoid peak hour traffic, in accordance with requirements from RMS. The installation of drainage pipes is continuing along Oaks Ave to Pittwater Road. Other works include sewer re-enforcements and service adjustments for gas, telecommunications, water and power. For day time enquiries, please contact Northern Beaches Council on 9942 2111.
