EVERYONE is under massive stress at the moment and we have listed the 6 most common ways stress impacts our skin: 1. Stress triggers inflammation like redness and rosacea you are noticing. 2. On the left you can see loss of collagen in the form of black holes in the skins dermis, the epidermis (top layer) is thin and uneven, and there is not much cell activity, as seen in the lack of colors.
