20.01.2022 Subtle, yet transformative results! This gentleman presented with a worn-down upper left central incisor His original request was to grind it down to make them even, but this could have caused him more issues down the line. Instead, together we decided to build it back up using composite resin Our objective was to achieve a nice aesthetic result and to also ensure the shape of the front tooth was in harmony with his lower teeth to prevent it from breaking or wearing... down again. We accomplished this by also building up his lower teeth so his bite is stable and balanced. We're so pleased to provide our amazing patient with a conservative long-term solution

Coffee contains tannin that is responsible for discolouration. Also, think - if it'll stain your clothes, it's going to stain your teeth! ... We suggest using a straw, drinking water with your coffee & skip the added sugar

09.01.2022 A beautiful transformation, for a beautiful patient! This lovely lady was unhappy with the appearance of her front teeth and wanted to smile naturally, without any limitations! So, we decided on porcelain veneers to restore her smile We think the photos don't do this smile makeover justice, needless to say, she is now smiling wide without any limitations!

07.01.2022 Check out these results from Dr. Les Jabbour! This lovely lady was unhappy with the appearance of her front teeth and feeling self-conscious about her smile, hesitant to even get her front teeth fixed out of fear of what they would look like until she visited Define Dental! To reassure her, we first had a consultation where we were able to create a mockup composition of what the final outcome would be. Once satisfied we all had the same idea in mind, we first co...mpleted a course of whitening to even out the colours of her natural teeth We then placed direct composite resin veneer laminates over her four front teeth (in just one visit!) to achieve these fantastic results!

We're believers in caring for yourself, because as mostly parents ourselves, know that we're always putting our kiddies first ... At the end of the day, don't go forgetting to drink your water & get some sun

05.01.2022 "Coffee, 2 sugars please" - is this your morning order? We don't want to spoil your morning coffee , but, we do want you to think about how those 2 sugars add up throughout your day. With 6 teaspoons of sugar being your daily recommended maximum of sugar, it sure adds up quickly. Our suggestion? Ditch the sugar in your coffee or tea altogether! You'll likely not even notice a difference.
