20.01.2022 Week 3 - big walking and running effort this week with some team members clocking long distance kilometres. Overall though it seems that the Fugitives were just too strong this week and reached the Adelaide destination plus more with 298 kms (for a total of 921kms). Whilst the Escapees seemed close behind, we just couldn't close the gap with 269kms (for a total of 821 kms). The counter is now reset to see which team can get from Adelaide to Perth.

19.01.2022 Week 2 of the Runkeeper Challenge and the Fugitives are still holding the lead. This week the gap was closed with Fugitives getting 259km (for a new total of 622km) and Escapees at 244km (for a new total 551km). Keep up the great efforts with the walking/running - we definitely have some standouts kicking goals.

10.01.2022 Week 4 & 5 - the Fugitives are again of to a strong start with 562 kms vs the Escapees of 410. The good news with the change of restrictions is that everyone now has an extra hour of exercise time.

08.01.2022 Well done to everyone participating in the Runkeeper Challenge - definitely a lot of strong contenders and surprises smashing out the kilometres. Week 1 results have the Fugitives at 363 kms (just past Little Desert National Park) and the Escapees at 307kms (near Horsham). Keep up the good work, hopefully you are starting to get into a routine and feeling better each day. The SA border is in sight !!

02.01.2022 Have you ever questioned the benefits of walking - I've heard it many times over, people doubting whether they are actually achieving anything. Well the good news is that you are making positive steps to a healthier lifestyle. Check out this article: https://www.bodyandsoul.com.au//6d54c8aff2070084b7a5020ce1
