20.01.2022 Been making all the sticky stuff today- Pistachio & Almond Nougat (using Charcol Springs eggs & Manjimup Pure Honey, Australian sugar & almonds), Peanut Brittle (made from Australian sugar, vanilla bean paste & butter), and lastly Vanilla bean Marshmallow (using all Australian ingredients) - very delicious - ready to package for sale.
