The use of natural stone cladding and greenery frames the rear facade, generating a cosy and intimate outdoor garden oasis.

06.01.2022 KELLYVILLE DUPLEX // Harmonious yet symmetrical, the duplex typology is concealed with the use of a mix of timber and stone cladding. With the use of varying materials on either the garage and facade of each individual dwelling, it creates a sense of identity and an exclusive yet distinctive entity to each dwelling. The design respects its surrounding context by incorporating contemporary architecture, whilst integrating a sense of elegance and warmth within each dwelling.
