But if you would like to learn how to train and eat so as to manage the body and fitness you seek, then msg me @delahuntyfitness @HardAzBodz Client Andrew Yates 5 weeks out from competing in his second competition . Competing for his first time last year Andrew won his division and overall men's title at the 2016 WFF(World Fitness Federation) Queensland Titles. Preparing well for these shows requires extreme dedication and constant commitment to a process.

15.01.2022 Have you been listening? There is so much chatter out there! Can you tell the sense from the nonsense about food? It isn't easy... However it is very simple.... Your food should be "NATURAL. That means it was picked off a plant, dug out of the ground or was breathing at some stage. (if you are not vegetarian) In practical terms: When you are putting things into your shopping basket, good stuff (usually) won't be in a box. If you are holding a box already, pick items which are free of preservatives, food colourings, the ingredient list on the back of the box has no numbers, or funky names you can't read, let alone pronounce! Put the box down. :) Eat fresh! Eat clean! Enjoy the taste!

07.01.2022 Eating clean doesn't always have to be steamed or grilled chicken,rice and plain broccoli. Taking some time to prepare something tasty will help you have a more balanced approach, this will in turn lead to less binging and more consistency. Sustainability is something that should be given consideration when designing a meal plan. Design a meal plan you can stick to and you will reach your goal
