22.01.2022 Day #7 (UPDATE)of my Kickstarter Campaign and its already reached $1369 (hehe 69) Im really humbled by the response already. Thankyou to everyone who has made a pledge, I cant wait to deliver your rewards! . Its taken me a while to muster up the courage to finally take my work seriously and put something out there. For SO long iv wanted to break away from that airy fairy creative rut that has all these ideas yet never really picks one thing and follows through. Creating t...his project has given my the confidence to own what I love about art and also serve women (bigger picture kinda stuff) . Its pretty magic how the idea for the MummaMoon Cards came about. I recently painted a pregnant women for a commission order and in a period of 1 WEEK I had THREE women say I should make Birthing affirmation cards to support women in their journey to motherhood. 14.01.2022 Friday morning was our date morning .. This time we didnt light a candle, sit upright or eye gaze. We simply laid beside each other and said three things what we appreciate about each other. Cried some happy love tears and went out for a cup of chamomile tea . Life can get busy, days can roll into one, thats why intentionally setting time to connect and consciously love on each other is so important for the relationship to flourish. (Even just setting 1hr out of t...he week) . We certainly arent perfect. Sometimes harsh words creep in and hearts close. But its how quickly you can come back to love that matters. . @willhearn

09.01.2022 A little preview of the Mumma Moonstone 13 affirmation set Im working on, the reason behind the Kickstarter project. . When I was going through the height of... my health anxiety after having a health scare. It got to the point where I wasnt able to leave the house. In conjunction with seeing a professional, I would sit down and write down the opposite of what my fears told me (I was at the stage where Id try anything) this looked like - I trust my body, I am safe, I am healthy ect ect. I would do this every day trying to reprogram my thoughts until one day the thoughts kind of lost there power.. partly because I sat and felt the fear whilst falling to pieces on the floor and partly because I chose to fill my noggin with positivity... . My hope is that these cards empower women to trust and let go making the journey through motherhood and birthing as smooth and as calm as possible. You dont need to be pregnant to use them too, maybe your birthing a creative project, maybe you want to build a deeper connection with your womb. Link in BIO

06.01.2022 Yoga Tonight 6pm @__theattic If your a side sleeper or huncher that rounds their shoulders. Try shoulder flossing take a long piece of material and work back and forth bringing more movement and circulation to these joints. Its been helping me with chest tightness and overall flexibility.
