09.01.2022 Do you like burgers? Instead of using some processed beef full of supersaturated fats, next time try Salmon Burgers. I have infused these in Ginseng extract, Tasmanian Mountain Pepper and salt. Lightly broiled and served on a mix of sauted rabe shoots and silver beet. Drizzle on top the best EVOO money can buy and voil....Might not look fancy but the taste....Yummy
