21.01.2022 Praise SOFT Body Butter! I have been battling this nummular eczema for SO many months. It got particular bad a few weeks ago and both legs started to actually crack a little. 6 days of using our delicious smelling Body Butter and I was no longer itchy or sore. Skin has healed up heaps and I barely notice it now, 3 weeks later. This was just from morning and evening use after a shower. So so great for this dry weather! Who else is feeling like there is just not enough moisture in the world for their skin right now?

Our moisturiser and body butter will remain piped and looking pretty as a cupcake every time I make the oil cleanser I’m blown away by how dreamy and delightful it smells! 18.01.2022 Social distancing and staying sane: challenging with the kids home too but I’ve been really enjoying having time to ferment and play with cultures again! I absolutely LOVE being in the kitchen and experimenting. This is me at my truest. I haven’t fermented in awhile so made a big batch of kraut today. Cabbage and red onion and another with cabbage, ginger and apple. Can’t wait for them to be ready! Also started a sourdough culture from scratch over the past 3 days and it’s going so well! These are really simple and fun things you can do whilst at home to keep yourself busy. Watch how the kraut changes over the days, photograph it, draw it, take notes. It’s tactile for kids too. Mine did not care to get involved this time and that’s cool too. Have you done anything since social distancing that you haven’t done in awhile?
