23.01.2022 I lost my beautiful Great Dane Bonbon (11 years and 3 months) the other week so chocolate making has been on the back burner. Slowly getting back into my other love to get my groove back. 21.01.2022 What makes me most proud and joyful as a chocolatier? Having regular customers! It occurred to me that the majority of my choccies are going to repeat customers . When i started, I thought my unusual, bright little pieces of chocolate art might be popular as one off unusual gifts for most people. It seems that their chocolate yumminess level is having people come back for more...and more....and more!... I am so proud of the fillings I create and I really love meeting my customers, learning about them and building flavours they love eating as well as looking at. Its one thing to make chocolate pretty to look at...just as important is making it delicious to eat . Beautiful "real" couverture, sustainable and ethically sourced, chocolate is a must!
