24.01.2022 I've spent alot of time in the kitchen this last few weeks and neglected the garden. Some time taken this morning to water and pull out a few weeds (more than a few to still go ) and pick some produce . GROWING and KNOWING what goes in and on my food is something I am passionate about. Now it's time to make some delicious nutritious chocolate and get some naked snickers dipped and some slices topped with chocolate. Have a great weekend doing something that you love.

13.01.2022 Love it when the kids think a healthy lunch is a treat. I made Rice paper rolls today for the first time, full of organic salad and chicken AND homegrown raw zucchini which my kids usually HATE. I peeled it and cut it into very thin strips, they asked for more . I always thought rice paper rolls were too fiddly to make so never did, they might become a regular lunch time treat! A big hit!

09.01.2022 That's a wrap!! Last of the Christmas treat boxes packed tonight. Delivery to wagga tomorrow. I would like to thank everyone that has ordered and supported me this year. It means so much to me. Wishing you all a wonderful and safe festive season with family and friends. I will sit for a minute, take a breath and enjoy a salted caramel ball before the clean up begins!

07.01.2022 Planting a seed, nurturing it and watching it grow and then picking it from your garden to feed and nourish your family is so rewarding. LOVE growing my own Veges and fruit and love knowing that no nasties have been put on them. on a different note..........some treats still available so get your orders in to go into the draw for some free treats.

06.01.2022 First night in weeks where I am not prepping lunches for tomorrow, watering Veges, making chocolate, cutting slices, dipping snickers or packing treats. what to do?? Sit, eat espresso slice, then do some catching up! Hope those people who received their treats today have enjoyed some, or been able to hide them in the freezer until Christmas day!
