25.01.2022 Yesterday was a gorgeous day in Bundanoon. Locals and visitors had the opportunity of chatting to John Creighton of Wombat Care Bundanoon. His work has been recognised around the world in a recent feature in National Georgraphic. This is a great community and John continues to remind of the need to protect our native animals. His commitment to education is particularly important. Thanks John.

While you ponder the artistic merit of this barista made art, Byren and the team are having a day off on the Monday Public Holiday on 5 October. The team is back on Tuesday morning 6 October.

20.01.2022 Double demerits on the roads - it is cold - a little less isolation but still care required - and a welcome Queen’s Birthday public holiday. So we will be closed on Monday 8 June - back on Tuesday.

18.01.2022 It has been a little over a week since we reverted to takeaway only and removed the outside tables. It seems we have all settled into the way we all must operate to minimise the COVID-19 risk to the community. Thank you. We have noticed over the weekend a significant increase in visitors to Bundanoon. Please do not congregate outside DeliLicious after you have received your order. Byren is still flat out making yummy things. For example, if you want a whole cake to take home ...(such as this strudel) for a COVID safe gathering ask Byren to see what he can do for you. In the meantime, stay safe.

18.01.2022 Having a holiday at home in Bundanoon means you may need food. You do not need to leave Bundanoon. So Byren has decided to open on this Friday & Saturday. It is essential you get your order from the front of the shop and go home straight a away. While waiting please keep your distance from each other.... Thanks for your support.

14.01.2022 Even though we cannot operate like we used to thanks to COVID-19, it is gratifying to see that the rewiews on TripAdvisor continue to recognise our efforts. One review from last week said "Fantastically friendly staff. Coffee like Melbourne! Terrific egg & bacon roll. A variety of top shelf produce also available. Thanks Byron & co". Wow, looks like little old Bundy is the new Melbourne.

12.01.2022 As if Byren doesn’t make enough addictive foods for us. Now he has started making his own pastrami. This is a four day process. Using brisket from Hop at Bundanoon Butchers, he prepares the meat with his own recipe for the seasoning followed by hours in the oven. Ask him how it’s going and he might have some for you.

11.01.2022 While we were all hiding at home Byren must have mugged his suppliers. As a special deal to celebrate the return of outside seating Byren has Spanish cheese. A wedge of Manchego truffle sheep’s milk cheese at only $4 per 100g or packaged Manchego (minus the truffles) at only $4 each.... Please maintain social distancing as you fight your way to door to get some. Be quick.

09.01.2022 Thank you Bundanoon for your support and patience since COVID-19 entered our lives. As of Friday 15 May we will put our tables and chairs outside to give you an opportunity to socialise while enjoying our food. Service will remain as takeaway (no table service) and social distancing is still important. We can only succeed in this change if you respect the need to protect each other. ... See you soon.

05.01.2022 Some of the pies Byren has created for this weekend include: Beef Bolognese, Steak Dianne, Chicken & Asparagus, and Butter Chicken. Which ones you find depends on demand.

04.01.2022 We have survived more than a week with the tough social distancing rules. First, thanks to all of you in the Bundanoon community for adapting to the new processes and continuing to support us. But for your support DeliLicious would have been closed for who knows how long. We have continued to operate with employment for locals. Second, we need a day off so we are closed on Sunday 5 April - back on Monday. In the meantime it seems our new mobile phone tower is our way of staying connected.

03.01.2022 As we can’t have you browsing inside at the moment, you have forgotten there is a savoury delight hiding in the deli cabinet. Byren has. olives in his special marinade. Once you start, these olives are quite addictive. Perfect for a lazy Sunday of grazing.

02.01.2022 The news about COVID-19 should of concern to all of us. Bundanoon is not immune to the risks of coronavirus. Taking into account what feels like a threat heading our way we must play our part to protect our staff and the wider community. So, as of Thursday morning 16 July we will revert to takeaway service only. The tables and chairs are being put away for awhile. If ordering something from us please maintain distance from others while outside and then please move away with y...our goodies. As much as we love the community focus of DeliLicious please do not have social gatherings outside our shopfront. Thank you Bundanoon for your ongoing support and loyalty. Let us look forward to better times.
