25.01.2022 Feeling Dry? Water without a doubt is important for not only our skin health but our body as well. Without sufficient moisture, the enzymes required to maintain our collagen and elastin decline making us vulnerable to ageing. Proper exfoliation also requires moisture in the skin for the skin cells to exfoliate off properly. Whilst we need to drink water, it is extremely RARE for the skin to be dehydrated because of the amount of water you drink.
