25.01.2022 A beautiful new client came in today. She had very golden roots and the condition wasn’t great from past over processing. I gently lifted up the previous golden highlights whilst lifting her own natural colour. Toned afterwards. 23.01.2022 I’m now Barbicide certified!!! I’ve always taken cleaning and disinfecting my salon seriously, but in the current situation we are in, it is more important than ever. Please know that I wash every gown, every towel, I sterilise my scissors, combs and brushes after every use. I disinfect the chair, worktops, basin etc. You will also be the only client in the salon at one time and from now on, you will be asked to wash your hands on arrival. We are so lucky here in the Territ...ory, that we are still able to have our hair done but we still need to stay vigilant. Please let me know if you are feeling unwell. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone. It’s with much sadness I am having to post on here. I’m tying to take in the information I have had so far about hairdressing, but it’s not making sense to me! If you could all keep a look out on here, as I will make clear what I can or can’t do going forward. I urge you to not make any rash decisions with your hair, for example, no home colouring! I won’t be able to put right the outcomes! And neither will any other salon. We all might have to learn and love our greys and put up with roots for a while but we are all in the same boat. We must look after each other and do what is asked of us to avoid this awful virus getting out of control in the NT. Much love xx
