Our team of Surgeons, Rehabilitation Specialists, Nurses and Allied Health staff work with our patients, their family and carers. Complete with 5 Operating Theatres, High Dependency Unit, Day Stay Unit, 3 gymnasiums and a large hydrotherapy pool, Delmar provides a total care experience from surgical procedures to both inpatient and day rehabilitation all onsite. Greg has an extensive background in the hospitality and the food service sector, including working at The Sheraton Hotel Noosa and Season’s restaurant. Greg brings a fresh and energetic approach to his role as Head Chef and enjoys working with the catering and hospital staff. Greg’s passion for great food and excellent service provides self-satisfaction and motivation to achieve.... Greg has a hands on approach providing superior patient service and working in a productive team environment that leads to successful outcomes.
