24.01.2022 Oil of the Week - Stress Away The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines stress as a physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension a...nd may be a factor in disease causation. There are lots of things that can cause stress in our lives our environment, the products that we use in our home, our work or lack of it, our relationships, our families you know exactly what I’m talking about! A little stress is okay, but too much stress, for too long, can be disastrous for our health mentally, emotionally and physically. I know this personally. I’ve been through some super-stressful times in my life that have resulted in weight-gain, weight-loss, sleep issues, stomach issues, headaches, backaches just a whole lot of fun NOT! Young Living’s Stress Away essential oil blend was created to help combat the stresses that creep, push or storm their way into our lives. Yes, it smells fantastic, but it’s the unique combination of Lime and Vanilla essential oils* that is so powerfully stress-relieving. I’m seeing more and more gi...rls developing at a really early age. It has a lot to the endocrine disrupters that are in the shampoo, bubble bath, lip balm and nail polishes they use.
