The role entails: Diagnose faults/problems of customer computers and repair. Building desktop computer systems. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.... Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Skills/Requirements: Previous experience is a must, especially with servers and network environments. Customer service focused, solid communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously. Good time management skills. Efficient. Friendly and well presented.
