15.01.2022 Yesterday in Thailand we had a visit from Byrant Richie, hydraulic hose guru from USA. Delta Thailand had a great 2019 with hydraulic hoses assemblies . Thanks to the Delta team Suraj and Sruthi (and Tic who is now in the Hydraulic Cylinders division) and also big thanks to the Caterpillar team of Suresh, Madhu and Senthil.

Comment: We applaud th...e government for their boldness in providing support of this magnitude. We have no doubt the package will save, and most likely already has saved, thousands of jobs. Importantly, it covers businesses - both large and small - with sole traders and those self-employed through companies and trusts also being eligible. However, we caution that there is very limited detail currently available on how eligibility will work, particularly around how the 30% turnover reduction test will be applied. We expect this detail in draft legislation next week and, until then, clients should be careful in making decisions based on assumed eligibility. Delta Hydraulics at this stage believes its turnover is down +30%, so hopefully we can get this package. As soon as we detail is available Delta will collate it and communicate to staff Thank you, we are doing our best.

09.01.2022 150,000 hydraulic hoses and counting 09 August 2018 BAN KHAI, RAYONG, THAILAND Deltas hydraulic hose division was launched on 27 February 2017. Today the team manufactured its 150,000 hose assembly.... Delta manufactures over 2,500 unique part numbers ranging from 025 to 2 hose, across a wide variety of hose specifications and coupling types. The hoses are delivered on a Just in Time (JIT) basis to Caterpillars Thailand bulldozer plant and underground mining vehicles plant. Delta deploys sophisticated customised software systems to manufacture and deliver JIT on Caterpillar Point of Use (POU) trollies. Chief Operations Officer, Jason Bresnehan said this milestone has been achieved because of the outstanding efforts of the hydraulic hose team members which cooperate across the roles of planning, logistics, manufacturing, dispatch, quality and information technology.

08.01.2022 Delta Hydraulics manufactures and supplies the 4 hydraulic jack cylinders for Elphinstones innovative WR810 Elevated Work Platform. The Jack Cylinders level the machine on a grade of up to 10 degrees and are an integral part of the working safety of the machine.

The suspension cylinders incorporate position sensing transducers for active monitoring of the suspension. The cylinder specification is: - Bore - 150 mm - Rod - 90 mm... - Stroke - 290 mm The cylinders are destined for an Australian off-road haulage truck OEM, who build state-of-the-art haulage trucks for the mining and construction sector.
