25.01.2022 With all of this uncertainty and craziness in the world we are reflecting on happier times where we could stand shoulder to shoulder and have a laugh together. Hopefully it wont be too much longer until we can all do this again with the people we love. Stay healthy & strong, we will get through this Melbourne!!

17.01.2022 Like all Victorians, we are devastated by the ongoing issues our state is having with COVID-19. The decision to scale back the building and construction industry is tough but we are all in this together! New Stage 4 Lockdown Measures from Friday night at 11.59pm that apply to our construction projects: (Small scale projects of 3 stories or less excluding Basement) - Maximum 5 workers inc. supervisors... - Must implement universal COVID Safe Plan Requirements across all sites - No blending shifts - Workers may only work on one site - Contact tracing is required as part of the COVID Safe plans. You can rest assured that we are putting all these measures in place to continue to operate and keep everyone safe.

12.01.2022 Why is it important to choose a Registered Builder? Lots of reasons! Firstly, to become a Registered Builder you have to complete many hours of work and study. Put simply, Registered Builders know their stuff and are required to stay up to date with current building practices. Working with a Registered Builder also means your project is covered by appropriate insurances and warranties in the unlikely event that anything happens. And finally, by working with a Registered Bu...ilder you have the added comfort of knowing that the Victorian Building Authority is available to oversee and mediate any disputes that might come up (unlikely, but still good to know). Hell be the one responding to your emails and making sure your project is on track. Michael is your man onsite, running the operational side of your project and leading the team. But, no matter who you deal with, both our Directors will be able (and happy) to answer your questions or find the information you need.

I’ve spent more than my fair share of time with sleeves rolled up, smashing down walls, brushing on paint, picking out tiles and door hardware and fluffing cushions to within an inch of their lives. I’ve owned two homes and renovated both with my builder hubby. And doing that has taught me you need to get creative, problem solve, and become resourceful. You also need to deal with a builder who says that’s not going to work! . I graduated from @designschool_ in November 2019 and my dream was to be able to offer interior solutions to our @demardi_ clients. @gemmacarrphotographer

05.01.2022 Can you give me a quote per sqm? No, we cant, but for good reason. Every single project we undertake has a unique set of specifications. There are so many variables to consider from the type of site to the plans to the inclusions. That means providing a general ballpark quote based on square meterage wont give you an accurate estimate of the cost of your project. Were not in the business of low balling quotes to get business only to add extra costs when its essentially too late to back out (and yes, unfortunately in this industry, it does happen).
