20.01.2022 Depression doesn't discriminate. Those who suffer depression have the ability to put on a mask, by faking their smiles and hiding behind their laughter. It will fool friends, family workmates and doctors but it won't fool the sufferer. When you ask the question "are you ok?" Think about what you know is going on in that persons life. They may not want to share anything with you and that's ok. But asking can turn a persons day or mood around. Stop for a minute and take the time to care, it's that easy and a simple gesture that could save a life.....
