25.01.2022 Working away industrially this arvo when who should come fluttering in but this little bird brain, who then proceeded to smash into every window in the building missing the open door he flew in through! I managed to capture him/ her before the hounds got hold of it and released it into the garden. I swear I could hear the sight of relief as it fixed the ruffled feathers in the lemon tree!

22.01.2022 So homeschooling and painting do go together! Lol should've probably gone with the 10x12 rooster for the dining room project instead of the giant sunrise! It's ok he's only little and doesn't take up much space

11.01.2022 So it's a tad late, but finally have my poppies at the front gate for ANZAC day. We will be down there tomorrow with our lanterns for the dawn service.

04.01.2022 Just so happens I was working on this chap when my feathered visitor flew in, perhaps he wanted his portrait painted as well?

02.01.2022 Another ANZAC painting done and sealed. At 1.5 x 1.3 metres these are probably the biggest pieces I've done. Rather happy with how the repurposed timber platforms came up. Recycling might mean less than perfect but by gosh I'm impressed. These pieces are being sealed with marine grade sealant and are for the garden or outdoor area.
