25.01.2022 Wholemeal spelt sourdough loaf, we have been asked for a spelt sourdough and here it is. We will be monitoring sales to see if it becomes a regular item going forward

25.01.2022 Christmas Cakes baked. This is a family recipe handed down through the O'Brien family for many years and generations. Now the process starts to gently turn and drizzle with brandy for the next 8 weeks. Limited number available so keep a keen eye on the shop for availability. Some will be iced and some uniced. These traditional Christmas cakes are full of fruit and nuts, nothing compares to these beauties.

Short order cook 4 to 5 days per week.... Must love working in a busy team environment. Preferably with Breakfast cooking experience Shop Assistant 5 days per week to work in our takeaway section. Easy to use, just take out of the freezer and place into a lightly oiled bowl and let it grow (double in size) then roll into any shape you like, then get the kids to use their imagination to come up with some yummy healthy snacks

We would like to thank everyone for the support shown to us over many many years, but the time has come to put the community and staff first. 20.01.2022 Here at Denmark Bakery we use WA flour from a family owned business. Our sourdoughs are made with traditional methods and are fermented in baskets for up to 20 hours. It has no added gluten and therefore much better for your gut health, sourdough also takes longer to digest which keeps you full for longer and much easier to digest, not to mention the beautiful taste of these traditional old fashioned breads

Because many of our wonderful customers couldn't get out and about due to covid-19 over Easter we have decided the July school holidays is time to share the love. As of tomorrow we will be producing hot cross buns, to kick off the holidays we have decided that chocolate hot cross buns and fruit hot cross buns will lead the charge, stay tuned for other flavours throughout the holidays.
