23.01.2022 Junior Sailing classes are starting soon! If your kids are keen to get invoved in this great sport, bring them down to the Denmark Rivermouth on Saturday September 19th at 10am.

21.01.2022 Who is looking forward to seeing brightly coloured sailing boats out on the water? Bring your own boat down to join in social sailing and racing on Saturday afternoons, we'd love to see sailing boats of all shapes and sizes making use of our beautiful Inlet.

20.01.2022 Do you have a skippers ticket? Want to get involved in a small and vibrant club? The club runs on volunteer power, like all sports clubs! If you know anyone with a skippers ticket and/or first aid certificate who wants to get involved we'd be glad to meet them. The weather was amazing in Denmark last weekend. Some of the volunteers took the time to set up the Optimist boats on the river foreshore and do some maintenance. Some kids helped out while some played in the sand or water.

15.01.2022 Great to see sails back on the Denmark River heralding a new era for the Denmark Yacht Club with a focus on sail training for juniors.

15.01.2022 Sailing is fun for all ages. Our junior sailing lessons are going to be aimed at kids around 6 to 14. Not a kid? We'd love sailors of all ages to bring their boats down on Saturday afternoons and join in with social sailing or racing.... Let's bring the boats back to our inlet!

12.01.2022 Our Open Day and Registration is this Saturday September 19th at 10am. Come down and chat to our volunteers and have a look at the Optimist sailing boats. See how much fun your kids can have learning about boats, ropes, and sailing while spending time outdoors and gaining self-confidence. If you can't make it this Saturday you can email [email protected] for a Membership form (or just turn up when you can on a Saturday - we'll be there every Saturday until Easter, including the summer holidays).

07.01.2022 The Denmark Yacht Club had a fabulous open day. Many thanks to all the wonderful families who took the time to come down, and have a sail up and down the river. The Commodore Justin Bellanger and Patron Terry Redman gave speeches, we signed up plenty of new members and the Denmark weather was perfect! Susette Evans from Princess Royal Sailing Club came over to offer her experience as well.... Thank you to Susette and Terry, and thank you to all the volunteers and kids who helped out too.
