22.01.2022 UP, DOWN, ONE. UP, DOWN, TWO... Group Captain Adam Spinks Officer Commanding Air Combat Electronic Attack Systems Program Office, and his colleagues conduct the... push-up challenge on the RAAF Base Amberley flight-line. We support the participation in the the annual Push-up Challenge which works to strengthen the mental health and wellbeing of young Australians. The event involves teams competing in a 21-day push-up challenge during 11-31 May 2020, with fundraising in support of youth mental health organisation Headspace. 18.01.2022 Morning We are thinking of heading up to Toowoomba for the flower festival in September. We have chosen two days Saturday 19th or Sunday 20th. (Things could change). Ross Wadsworth from the Ipswich RSL Sub-Branch has kindly offered to drive the RSL bus which seats 12 people. At this stage we Donna Cavanagh, Owen Oggy Smith, Ross (the bus driver) and his lovely wife Robyn, Kathleen Walker and Andy Mather for the bus. If you are interested in coming please let us know if you ...are finding your own way up the mountain or if you would like to join us on the bus. We are also checking all things COVID. 15.01.2022 Morning, We have had to cancel our bus trip to Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Saturday 26th, due to the uncertainty around COVID -19 and various hot spots. We have decided to stay local and have a breakfast Sunday 27th 9.00 am at Little Pig Cafe Ripley. ... Please let us know if you would like to come along.

03.01.2022 October DENNKS get together will be a pleasant drive to Mt Tamborine, where we can go for a walk along Long St and visit some wineries, breweries, distilleries, galleries, art and crafts, markets lollie shops, have some amazing ice cream, fudge, see The German Cuckoo Clock Nest shop, Crystals and Gifts and much more. We can grab a bit to eat at one of the many cafes or restaurants. We will meet at the McDonald's Ripley car park at 8.30am Saturday 17th October.
