23.01.2022 In 2017, APA Group awarded East Coast Pipelines the construction of a 50km bi-directional gas pipeline connecting Reedy Creek and Wallumbilla in QLD. The pipeline is wholly owned by APA Group and is named the Reedy Creek Wallumbilla Pipeline. East Coast Pipeline engaged a speciality coating business, Queensland Industrial Coatings to carry out the Field Joint Coating of the Mainline and tie-ins. 22.01.2022 SA Water has a number of large bore gate valves that have deteriorated after years of service. These valves are subject to extremely large volumes of water that can create huge cavitation. In turn, this cavitation erodes or eats the cast iron away and stops the valve from sealing. The product of choice is the Denso Archco Rigidon 423D coating. 18.01.2022 We are proud to announce the successful commissioning of our new automated Bitumen manufacturing plant! Denso Australia continues to develop and expand on its capabilities and throughput to meet market demands. 17.01.2022 In 2018, APA Group awarded Nacap Australia the construction of a 198km gas pipeline running from the Eastern Goldfields Pipeline to the Gruyere Gold Mine Site in the eastern Yilgarn to fuel the Yamarna Power Station. 17.01.2022 BHP Wharf Remediation Project Nelson Point Berths A & B. Port Hedland is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and is home to BHPs Iron Ore Industry. Australia plays an important role in meeting the demands of this market and exports approximately 85-90% of production each year, making it a valuable natural resource. With this comes the need to protect and extend the life of the loading docks and its steel structures. 14.01.2022 Maritime Safety Queensland removed and reapplied Seashield 100 series to the Pinkenba jetty (Brisbane River) at their headquarters in Brisbane. The original Seashield 80 and 100 series installation was completed in late 1990s providing good corrosion protection through several major river floods. 12.01.2022 In the late 60s, SA Water built large capacity water tanks as storage and head of pressure for Whyalla and the surrounding suburbs. The design of these tanks incorporated a roller system set into the concrete. After some 50 years of service the concrete areas around the rollers required to be repaired. Upon inspection,Bare roller showing no signs of corrosion it was noted that the rollers had been protected using the Denso petrolatum system. 11.01.2022 RMP Abrasive Blasting were engaged by Sydney Water to conduct remedial works on approximately 90 linear metres of corroding steel water main and support brackets running underneath a wharf structure in Port Kembla. 09.01.2022 The Tanami Gas Pipeline is a natural gas pipeline linking Newmont Minings Granite and Dead Bullock soak mines between Alice Springs and Tanami in the Tanami Desert, NT. The NT Government approved the construction of the pipeline in June 2018 where Australian Gas Infrastructure Tanami (AGIT) had already engaged MPC Kinetic with the construction of the pipeline earlier in 2018. The benefit of C-Grid450 is its high tensile strength, that it is lightweight compared to s...teel reinforcement, requires less coverage compared to steel reinforcement, is non-corrosive and easy to install.
