09.01.2022 In March this year we were contacted by the owner of a BMW M3 who was devastated that his M3 had been hail damaged and would never be repaired to the standard h...e expected. We recommended the owner go and see Francois Jouy from Dent Busters Australia and Tim O'Brien from O'Briens Autobody at Caringbah (BMW Approved). The owner had paid for choice of repairer on his NRMA policy and there were no problems with the assessment of the car. Francois repaired as much of the sides that he could & Tim did conventional where it was needed. A new bonnet, turret and bootlid were required. The repairs were not rushed but the final finish of the vehicle when the owner took delivery was first class. It was good to see a professional repair that used a combination of methods and repairers for the overall benefit of the customer. See more
