02.01.2022 Hey you, Stop brushing so hard! Horizontal scrubbing with your tooth brush may be the reason why your gums end up receeding away leading to unsightly teeth and sensitivity! This process is usually irreversible and doesnt recover naturally. Always use a soft toothbrush in gentle circular motions, angling the bristles of your brush 45 degrees towards the gumline. proper technique is far more important than brushing as hard as you can! At your next visit we will be sure to go through technique with you. If your gums are already receeding, there may be some treatment we can help with to undo some of the damage!

We wanted to update everyone on how DentaGlow is operating during COVID 19 pandemic. We want to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy. Our management team is on top of infection control and is in regular contact with ADA (Australian Dental Association) and other governing bodies. ... In leu of following current ADA guidelines we will be open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday ( by appointment only) to see Emergency patients (subject to change) at our Taigum branch due to limited resource. Our phone number is diverted to our practice manager Katrina who is working around the clock and she will be triaging the patients. For all the other patients, that we might not be able to see, we apologies in advance. However, its in all of our best interests to follow the guidelines-which are made keeping in mind staffs and patients health and safety & to flatten the curve.
