21.01.2022 Recently we have had a few patients come in with mouth ulcers after converting to a vegan diet... mouth ulcers can often be caused by deficiencies in vitamin b12, iron and vitamin d3. These are commonly lacking in a vegan diet, so we advise on supplementing with these and getting regular blood tests to show if any deficiencies need to be addressed.
