21.01.2022 Happy Halloween to our patients - we believe it’s ok to indulge in treats every now and then, as well as making sure you look after your teeth with brushing twice a day and eating healthy snacks the rest of the time.

21.01.2022 Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 we would like to ask any patients who are feeling unwell, recently traveled overseas or interstate, or who have been in contact with a known case of COVID-19 to postpone any non-urgent dental treatment based on the guidelines provided by the ADA. Please feel free to contact us with any questions on 08 8365 8111. If you have an urgent dental issue - please contact us as we may be required to refer you elsewhere to manage your problem.

08.01.2022 Due to recommendations made by the Dental Board of Australia, the Australian Dental Association, and the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC), Dental at Campbelltown will now be practicing under level 3 restrictions to help protect out patients and staff members. Level 3 restrictions advise that dentists should only perform dental treatments that do not generate aerosols, or where treatment generating aerosols is limited. All routine examinations and trea...tments should be deferred. These new restrictions greatly impact the types of treatments we are able to offer to patients at this time, and as a result we will only be able to treat dental emergencies. Due to limited access to adequate PPE (personal protective equipment) - patients who are at a high risk for testing positive to COVID-19 or exhibiting any cold/flu symptoms will not be able to be seen until symptoms have resolved and negative test results have been achieved - patients may be required to be referred to a hospital for treatment in some cases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have and to be screened on the phone prior to attending any appointment - 08 8365 8111

08.01.2022 Under the current government lockdown - dental practices have been instructed to close tonseeing patients for at least the next 6 days. If you have an appointment we will contact you today to reschedule to a later date. If during this time you have a dental emergency: -Patients with obvious facial swelling due to infection OR -Facial trauma, OR... -Severe unrelenting pain or uncontrolled oral bleeding. Please call 1300 008 222 which will direct you to the Adelaide Dental Hospital for further triaging and treatment options If you have other dental issues during this period - unfortunately we are unable to see any patients at this time and we recommend managing your dental pain at home (unless it falls into the above categories)- avoid anything that triggers your dental pain and feel free to contact us with any further questions / queries - we may be able to address concerns over the phone or via one of the GPs at Health at Campbelltown. We apologise for any inconvenience and we hope to be back next week Stay safe. Stay home. Wear a mask.
