The final results were created using 6 porcelain veneers, root canal to two teeth and it was finished off with a home teeth whitening kit. He joined the Dental at Joondalup team in February 2020 after practising in Esperance for one year. Abdul is particularly interested in the management and prevention of dental decay in children. He has a passion for patient education and aims to empower patients to maintain a healthy smile. He is also very well trained in non-invasive teeth whitening treatments.... Porcelain veneers look a little like fake fingernails and are designed to be bonded to the front of the tooth. Each veneer is custom-made to a particular tooth and they look and feel very natural.... If you have had a dental incident, accident or injury, including broken, chipped or lost teeth,or are currently experiencing excessive pain, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 9301 4088.... If you cant to get to the dentist immediately and have toothache, try these top tip remedies! Take a painkiller Common pain relief medication such as paracetamol or ibuprofen can help ease the pain. This will provide relief for about 4-6 hours. Try salt water A gargle of salt water can help to remove bacteria from the mouth and reduce swelling. Add between a quarter and half a teaspoon of salt to warm water and gargle for at least 20 seconds. Ice the area Ice can numb the pain in the area affected. Try this if you have a sore jaw or a toothache; however please be careful not to put it next to your tooth directly or this may lead to more pain.
