But the natural sugars in fruit juices can seriously increase the risk of tooth decay and lead to unhealthy weight gain. Instead, choose whole fruit and tap water whenever possible. If you do opt for a juice, try to drink it with meals to neutralise sugary acids and remember to eat well, drink well and clean well :)
