We are an essential service and will be opening Monday - Saturday at a reduced capacity to help all our patients and people whose dentists have closed. The Australian Dental Association has recommended all Melbourne dentists to practice at Level 3 restrictions. This basically means we can only attend to Emergency and Urgent dental problems . We understand the meaning of Urgent/ Emergency can be vague in certain instances . Th...erefore we will be providing FREE TelePhone Consultations for such vague dental concerns. However, in light of the current situation, regarding the Covid-19 (coronavirus)we will be making adjustments to our schedule and how patients are seen. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time. Thank you for your patience and assistance in our concerned efforts to make our practice environment safe for everyone.... Policies and procedures could change daily or even hourly. We always use universal precautions and uphold all standards for infection control. We will continue to maintain these high standards.
