11.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that Australian Dental Association has lifted the Level 3 restrictions for dental clinics. We are now on level 2 restrictions and open for more dental procedures. We would like to take a moment to say thank you to all of our amazing patients and well wishers who have been beyond understanding during these hard times. Our phone lines are open from 27th April and online booking portal is open NOW for making appointments.

04.01.2022 Latest update on the current situation- We are currently open for providing dental services to all our beautiful patients however we may have to limit our services to essential dental procedures only. This means we are asking all our patients to defer the high risk routine dental procedures like teeth cleaning for atleast a month. We endeavour to keep all our patients and staff in the safest possible environment . Let's fight it out together. Cheers

02.01.2022 Dear Tooth n Care Patients, We would like to take a moment to update our patients and their families on what we are currently doing relating the Covid-19 situation.... We want to assure you that the well-being of our employees, and you, our patients and their families, is our top priority. While the current situation continues to change rapidly, we are closely monitoring the advisements of the NSW Department of Health and will continue to implement any recommendations provided by them. As a Dental Practice we already follow rigorous and mandatory universal infection control guidelines and practices. These Guidelines ensure your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our staff within our practice at all times. We have also taken additional precautions such as: Providing hand sanitiser for your use upon arrival and departure of your appointment. Frequent cleaning of all surfaces in the waiting area. Screening all calls for appointments with the below listed points; We ask that where possible only the patient (and their parent or care giver) only attend the practice for the scheduled appointment. We also ask our patients who have experienced any of the below to contact the practice to reschedule their appointment to the next available appointment 14 days following their phone call. Fever or history of fever AND acute respiratory infection (shortness of breath or cough or sore throat) Severe acute respiratory infection without fever requiring hospitalisation International travel in the past 14 days (including prior to the new self-isolation requirements) Close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of 2019-nCoV (Coronavirus). We appreciate everyone’s assistance and understanding during this time and will continue to keep our patients and their families updated with any new information provided to us. Kind Regards, Tooth n Care Team
