25.01.2022 The winter sun setting over our office last night was spectacular.

25.01.2022 Melbourne, the home of AFL, australian football league, is unique to Australia. Originating in Melbourne, we are very passionate about our "footy". Yesterday, in the GRAND FINAL, The Western Bulldogs (formerly Footscray) beat the Sydney Swans in a might battle to the finish with a 22 point win at The Melbourne Cricket Ground,. It was a 62 year drought for the underdogs, 62 years since they won a Grand Final. Tears of happiness were flowing all over the country for this team.... The parties are still going this morning, and will for quite some time. The Sydney Swans put up a good fight to the end, but it wasnt to be their day. Attendance at the MCG was a few people short of 100,000 fans. The atmosphere was electric, the MCG was vibrating from the cheering and excitement. Congratulations to Fletcher Roberts, my friend Chris Roberts son & family, and my childrens former classmate from St. Patricks Primary school in Murrumbeena, who played a magnificent game for the Bulldogs yesterday. We are so proud of you all. These are a few photos from the grand final win and week One of the finals, (The Hawks v The Cats) which l was lucky enough to see.
