20.01.2022 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE?? Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help,the person whose heart is beating i...mproperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However,these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!! A cardiologist would tell you, If everyone who sees this post shares it with 10 people, you can bet we could save at least one life... 20.01.2022 The Chief Health Officer recommends that adults living in areas under Stage 3 restrictions wear a face mask when outside your home if it is difficult to keep 1....5 metres apart from other people. To wear a face mask correctly: > The mask should fit snug on your face. > Be secured by ties at the back of your head or ear loops. > Ensure that your mask does not have holes or a valve, or tears or broken loops. This can result in breathing out the virus if you have coronavirus (COVID-19). > Wash your hands or use 60% hand sanitiser before putting the face mask on and off. The recommendation to wear a face mask does not apply to children (people aged under 18 years), individuals with breathing difficulties, and those who have physical conditions that make it difficult to wear a face mask. There is no enforcement on the wearing of face masks. You will not be fined if you don’t wear one. Whilst wearing a face mask adds an additional protective physical barrier to protect you and your loved ones, Victorians still need to keep 1.5 metres from others, wash your hands often, and cough or sneeze into your elbow or tissue.
