This is our 5 axis mill in action milling dentures :D In non-digital methods the base material is pushed in by hand resulting in the denture slightly changing shape as the acrylic sets. ... Milled digital dentures are cut down from already cured high impact acrylic, so there is absolutley no change in shape giving a far superior and more comfortable fit!
