20.01.2022 I love my job. And one of the main reasons is because of the relationships formed along the way. This banana bread was lovingly baked and wrapped for me this year, as she has done for many years when she was a lovely client. It’s extra special now - although she retired she remains a beautiful friend. This week was incredibly special and really emotional- I wasn’t able to get to my client in New South Wales as the border remains closed although the 25km restrictions in Melbou...rne were eased so they came across the border to meet me in Victoria. 12 years of hand delivering beautiful denu gift packs for their staff and l hope 12 more... And as l do each year and love it, this year was even more special, I was able to catch up with one of my dearest Uni friends who lives in north east Victoria. We giggled over our margaritas, so happy to be sitting face to face, so happy to take our masks off to sip our drinks. Plus l was able to catch up with my clever banana baking friend who’s loving retirement. I love my job #lonlyworkwithlovelypeople

07.01.2022 Thank you for my recent order. I have given some of your products as gifts in the past but this time, I must admit that my last order was just for me because....why not?? A much needed and appreciated pick me up at the moment. And the additional bath salts in the box did not go unnoticed All your products are lovely but I think my absolute favourites are the hand cream and room mist and of course the hand wash. 02.01.2022 I first started using Denu products after experiencing them at the Arts Centre in Melbourne. I use the whole range of products, from shampoo and body wash to the room spray and now the all important hand sanitiser. 01.01.2022 Standing on the Eiffel Tower, Paris, France 4 years ago l took my then 6yo daughter and 10yo son to Dublin to stay with dear friends and onto explore Paris. Looking back lm not sure how l managed such a big overseas trip as my 16 year marriage had abruptly ended 6 months earlier and the absolutely hideous process of separating lives was well underway. But we three went overseas and enjoyed life in other parts of this incredible world for a short period of time. Ive neve...r been more grateful to have been able to travel than l am now, in the midst of this pandemic. It was a really tricky time then, as it is now, but as this photo reminds me, it will get better... My two still mention this trip, not in the way l would have wished like we ate dinner on the Eiffel Tower! Or we went to EuroDisney!... instead they say oh, yeah, weve been to Paris - thats where Mama smashed a bottle of red wine! I could do the same trick at home for a lot less effort and money.... I did accidentally smash a bottle of red wine across a white tiled floor in a small store in Paris and it still makes me chuckle thinking about it...l had a baguette under my arm along with the wine and l managed to only hold onto the bread! This photo is one of my favourites and is on our kitchen wall so l can see it every day. Beside it is one of the 3 of us in Japan from our holiday last year.
