The powerhouse pocket rocket Emily (Mim) can be found making pizzas, selling pizzas, talking about pizzas and moments after this photo was taken peeled this wall back to brick (without help she tells us). You will be hard pressed to find someone more excited about our restaurant to open than Mim- already looking forward to welcoming you all in, feeding you and making sure you’ve had... plenty of vino with it. Outside of the pizza world, she is Ricks better half, doggo mumma to Harry and Charlie, lover of all animals and all round boss woman. Be sure to let her know how good the exposed brick is out the front- I don’t know if we told you, but that’s her work
