21.01.2022 ADVICE FOR THE PERFECT BIKINI WAX! #4 Which is the right wax for you? a) If you read our last post, you will already know how strip wax affects the skin and, if not, read it, you'll find it very interesting! Thanks to its good adhesion, this wax is the most suitable for removing hair from the section of the bikini area that goes down towards the leg and up towards your belly; in other words, the bits that stick out from your bikini or underwear. However, it is not the best ...for a complete bikini wax as it will irritate the skin and, ideally, should not be used more than once when waxing this area. b) If you want a Brazilian or Hollywood - what we at Depilève call a full bikini wax - we recommend using Intimate Extra Film wax. What makes this wax special? It is the latest generation wax, applied in a very thin layer at a very low temperature. It adheres excellently to hair but not to the skin, meaning that we can re-apply it if necessary and still fully respect the delicate skin in that intimate area. Ask your beautician for it.
