23.01.2022 Friendly Reminder Be kind to retail workers, if you post something on social media be prepared to back it up in person when confronted about it, you never know if someone has something personal going on and if you raise your voice at a retail worker do not be offended if their boss raises a voice at you. The staff at the DerbyLPO go above and beyond helping customers, they do not profess to never making a mistake as they are only human. However over the last few mon...ths there has been an increase in hostility towards the staff, this will no longer be tolerated and you will be kindly asked to leave. Thank you to the customers who are always so kind, you are what makes retail work wonderful.

20.01.2022 Coming up next month on Thursday 12th November / 9am 11am there will be a Network Link Meeting for local services and community members. The Network Links are a chance for locals to get together and have a chat about the challenges we face, and how we can help support each other and promote wellbeing in our community. This will also grant HelpingMinds an understanding of how to work amongst each other to create a better-established network in the hope to gain clarity of the pre-existing problems that locals face with inclusion to mental health and wellbeing.

10.01.2022 DerbyLPO management As most of our wonderful customers are aware Margaret has jumped ships from Woolworths and is now working at the DerbyLPO, and will be taking over management on my departure. Margaret has proven to be a wonderful part of the DerbyLPO team, and has already learnt so much, even amongst all the craziness of Covid-19!! ... My departure will definitely be in 2020, how ever not until the very end of the year, so never fear guys you will still see a lot of blonde mistakes this year .
