25.01.2022 No matter how many balls you juggle at work each day, what challenges are presented to you, how you manage your workload, question the statement 'The customer is always right' or wonder are you in the right role there is ALWAYS time to look at the beauty around you, breathe and be grateful. 02.01.2022 This is an interesting read on 'the mental load' In my experience it is women who have to remember an AMAZING amount of information for themselves, their family and their workplace or business. We have to remember everything from when does the dog need flea treatment to whose birthday is when to have we got milk to finishing that work report - and so on. It is not that men don't have to remember a lot of information but to me there is still an unwritten 'expectation' that w...omen will remember what has to be done and when this happens.
