18.01.2022 Just an update of our obligations for the June shoot. No more than 20 members can attend a shoot at anytime. Members need to book their attendance in advance. Members are to leave once they have completed shooting, prizes will be presented at a later date. Members will need to complete their own score cards. ... No sharing of equipment. Gun, eye and hearing wear. No canteen or coffee making facilities. Social distancing of 1.5 m is to apply in and outside the club house. No more than 1 person per 4sqm in the club house. To book, you will need to email [email protected] or phone/text Malcolm on 0408 398 670 or Bec 0457 759 894 when you receive our email or Facebook post about the upcoming shoot. The first 20 replies will commence shooting at 10am promptly, and after the initial 20 bookings shooters will be booked to commence at 1pm. No need to book now. 07.01.2022 SPORTING CLAY NATIONALS - BRISBANE - OCTOBER DATE CANCELLED - Sorry Folks but we tried to keep the event alive for October but we have run out of time with goo...d news. When the Covid-19 situation was reviewed a month ago the country seemed to be getting it together & it looked hopeful that we would all be Australians again with free travel between the States happening in August,. Our earlier optimism has been deflated with the worsening conditions in Victoria & also NSW with further lock downs as more people are being infected with a second wave of Covid-19. The news is the lock downs will be here until Christmas at least. This news along with the other states in Australia in either keeping their borders closed down or stopping travel interstate for the remaining States makes the process untenable. Sad we know, but this Covid-19 problem is out of our control and unfortunately we are all passengers along for the ride. We will keep you informed as and when we receive further news.
